SOUTH WHITLEY FALL FESTIVAL IS AN ALL-AGES EVENT; HOWEVER BEER TENT ACCESS IS 21+ ONLY.

\\BEER TENT AND MUSIC ADMISSION

No one under the age of 21 will be admitted to the Beer Tent.
Everyone entering the Beer Tent will need to show valid state ID and will be required to wear a wristband at all times.

No re-entrance will be allowed without wristband.

No outside alcohol or drinks will be permitted.

Anyone who consumes alcohol outside the designated Beer Tent area will be banned from re-entrance.

\\WEATHER

The Fall Festival will continue regardless of weather.
Individual events and activities may be subject to cancellation due to weather and will be announced at the event/activity location, but may or may not be posted to Social Media.

\\VENDORS

Anyone who wishes to vend goods at the Fall Festival will need to contact the festival and submit a vendor request application.

\\VENDOR SECURITY

While the festival area is near the South Whitley Police Station, there is NO overnight security or police monitoring of the event area(s). All vendors are expected to secure or remove their own goods in order to prevent possible damage or theft..

\\SPONSORS

We welcome Festival Sponsors. Anyone who wishes to sponsor any Festival Event or activity needs to contact the Festival.
